Generational has been awarded a grant from the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK (APC), and invited to participate in the APC's Technology Developer Accelerator Programme (TDAP), which has just been awarded ‘Accelerator of the Year’ by the UK BAA.

Generational was selected by a panel of automotive industry experts and entrepreneurs, to join a small cohort of some of the UK's most exciting start-ups.

The APC is a funded by the Department for Business and Trade, Innovate UK and the Automotive Council.

The APC is focused purely on helping to develop net-zero automotive technology in the UK.

Since its inception in 2015, the APC has helped over 100 companies raise nearly £300 million, with founding boards fully representative of the UK’s rich and diverse academic and business community.

Oliver Phillpott, CEO and Co-Founder of Generational, said "We’re hugely excited to receive this grant from an organisation as prestigious as the Advanced Propulsion Centre, which recognises the important work we’re doing. Our mission is to support a thriving used EV market, educate drivers and ultimately accelerate the EV transition."
